Dust removal and surface preparation to facilitate the action of the degreaser.
Spraying a suitable solution on the hood, ducts, and fans using a foam cannon, followed by a reaction time of 20 to 30 minutes.
High-pressure washing with hot water (≈60°C), followed by application of a disinfectant solution with a contact time of 15 to 20 minutes and thorough rinsing.
Extraction of greasy water, cleaning of external surfaces, finishing of the hood, and cleaning of the work area.
At the end of each intervention, we provide a cleaning certificate, often required by insurance companies and compliance inspections.
Degreasing of hoods is also a regulatory obligation, particularly according to the Royal Decree of March 27, 1998 relating to the well-being of workers.
