Our 6-step intervention procedure
Installation of equipment, shutdown and securing of the motor, and removal of protective elements if necessary.
At T & T Clean, we have developed real expertise in the cleaning and disinfection of condensers and heat exchangers, whether installed in technical rooms or integrated into air handling units.
These systems are particularly exposed to residues from industrial and agri-food processes. Over time, these deposits promote the development of microorganisms, reduce system performance, increase operating costs, and can lead to a decline in air quality or even technical failures.
Installation of equipment, shutdown and securing of the motor, and removal of protective elements if necessary.
Cleaning of fins and frontal surfaces using compressed air, brushing, or vacuuming to restore proper airflow.
Spraying a suitable cleaning solution, dosed according to the level of fouling, ensuring full penetration between the fins.
Allow the product to act for 20 to 30 minutes, then perform a complete rinsing of the surfaces.
Application of a disinfectant solution with a contact time of 15 to 20 minutes, followed by a second rinse.
Drying with compressed air, final inspection, and cleaning of the surrounding installation area.
A slightly fouled heat exchanger is always easier and faster to treat than a heavily clogged one. This is why we recommend regular maintenance of condensers.

Regular cleaning therefore represents a long-term investment in the reliability of your installations.
